Chiropractor Denise Carrel D.C.

Dr. Denise graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic (IA) in October 2008 and founded her first chiropractic clinic in February 2009, beginning a career rooted in individualized, patient-centered care. After relocating to Colorado, she gained valuable experience working in chiropractic clinics in the Front Range before settling in Montrose, with her husband, Andy, and their three boys.

Dr. Denise is pediatric-certified and Webster-certified through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA), and she provides gentle, evidence-based chiropractic care for infants, children, pregnant women, and adults. Her approach blends clinical expertise with the compassion and attentiveness of someone who truly values community and family.

When she’s not in the clinic, Dr. Denise can often be found coaching her kids’ sports teams or enjoying Colorado’s outdoors — whether it’s skiing, camping, or exploring the mountains.
